Lucimara Silvestre Da Silva is a Brazilian track and field athlete who competes in the heptathlon. In 2008, she represented her country at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, and competed at the World Championships in Athletics in 2007. She has a personal best record recorded at the South American record, where scored 6076 points for the event.

In 2011, Lucimara won a gold medal at the Pan American Games (Guadalajara), and a bronze in 2007 (Rio de Janeiro). She is no stranger to setting national times, breaking records, and standing out as a competitive track and field athlete in her event.

Although track and field is one of her passions, she is also very passionate about motherhood, as she is raising two young girls, who are just as fond of sports and fitness as she is. Motherhood has become her top priority which caused her to step away from competing for now, however she is still very much involved with fitness, training and inspiring others. In 2017 she competed in her first cross fit competition placing 3rd overall in The Gauntlet. She has since then gone one to compete again in a partner competition, and is still training daily at her crossfit box, with high hopes of one day competing at The Crossfit Games. In addition to her crossfit training, she also works with young children, helping build their foundation as athletes, training them in:  technique, proper form, speed & agility workouts, strength training and more.

Lucimara is truly an inspiration on and off the track. Keep up with her journey, prepare to be Trained By Luci!
